Soo…I kind of took a hiatus from reading this week to focus on God and His Word. Christmastime means business with setting up all of the decorations, parties, church gatherings, etc. Sometimes it is easy to forget about the reason for the season. So I’m purposely making Jesus my focus this year.

I’m super sorry that I haven’t had much content for you guys the last couple weeks. The week leading up to Thanksgiving, I was sick and couldn’t focus on literally anything. Then Thanksgiving happened and things just got busy. So this week was mostly spent on catching up on everything I got behind on, including reading.
Anywho, I’m super excited to share with you this week’s book. This is a regency historical fiction novel that I think every Jane Austen fan would love! It is the book I’m currently reading, but I’ll have a review posted here on the blog and on Instagram during The Making Mrs. Hale Review Blog Tour with Just Reads Publicity Tours on January 1st!

It’s been said that Hurricane Michael is the third strongest hurricane to make landfall. Such a scary storm that I’m praying for everyone in the Panhandle who has been affected. I’m so glad that it didn’t come to the Tampa Bay Area at all.
