August 2017 Book Haul!

Palm Reading

Hey there! Can you believe August is already over?! Where did the time go? With that being said, it’s time to reveal the massive book haul. So many amazing ebooks were on sale this month so I snagged A LOT.

Normally I post little book descriptions in these posts but for time’s sake, I will only share the picture of the books today.

Most of the books I have this month were books that I bought for free for my Kindle on Amazon. There are also a couple that I have received for free from authors and publishers in exchange for an honest review.

So are you ready to see what I hauled in this month?

Let’s get started! Read the rest of this entry

You know when you’re reading a book and you come across a poem or a lyric that just stay with you. Maybe you find a way to include it into everyday vocabulary just to have an excuse to use it. It’s been an interesting week. Lightning is intense, especially here, in Florida where we are known as the lightning capital. It recently took out the electric box for the internet.

Since it’s Friday, grab the closest book to you and leave a comment with the first line.

Today’s topic is: Books/Series That Should Continue Or Be A Spin-Off

Hey Everyone! Today we’re talking about the books/series that I think should continue or be a spin-off! As much as I hate saying goodbye to some of my favorite characters and their stories, I’m usually left satisfied with how they ended. I was able to come up with three of my favorite series that I would love to see with a spin-off because they’re based on characters within the series but never really had the chance to shine.
