When I first received this book to review, I wasn’t sure what to think. It wasn’t something that would normally interest me. John Grisham is endorsing this novel so I figured I would go ahead and give it a try. I’m glad I did because I had trouble putting it down!
Corban Addison did a fantastic job. His extensive knowledge and research shine through in this tale of loss, devotion, forgiveness, and compassion. I definitely will be reading more from him in the future!

Prior to reading this, I had no idea what to expect. I was not at all familiar with Christine Johnson, but she proved to be an excellent author. It takes place in Key West, Florida so that caught my attention immediately. Key West is known as a vacation for many. Where else can you be 90 miles away from Cuba? surrounded by both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean at the same time, as well as gorgeous tropical views all around you? It is a town full of history that I would love to explore again one day. Continue reading
