Hello everyone! Before I begin, I need to mention that this is not a Christian series and are not family friendly.
This series is published through Harlequin Silhouette Intrigue. Each book features a different Cosen brother and some kind of crazy case they need to solve. They’re Apache so these books take place on the Apache Indian Reservation and/or Black Mountain in Arizona.
When I mention it’s not family friendly, I need to make a note that each book contains at least once sexual scene. These are quite short and I easily skipped over them. Also, we deal a lot with drug cartels.
There were also several redemption/forgiveness scenes that we see so there are tons of morals. I honestly found the scenery quite beautiful and fascinating. Learning about the Indian Reservation life was also quite intriguing.
Family is also a huge theme in the books. No matter what comes their way, they have each others back. They still care about one another no matter different they are or whether or not they agree with each other.
In all three of these books, Jenna Kernan keeps you on your toes wanting to know what happens next. There’s suspense, there’s cute romance, and then there’s a dangerous case to solve. All three are quite impressive so far.
Now, let me talk a little bit about what each book is about.
