The two find romance easily as they travel through Provence and Tuscany together, but Juliette’s real life back in Portland presents a whole new set of difficulties. She is opening a new restaurant alongside her brother, a mother battling cancer, and the family secrets that are beginning to untangle. Not to mention that Neil lives in Memphis and she begins to question how he will fit into her life.

Meanwhile, Juliette discovers her French grandmother’s letters from the 1940s. Readers will be just as captivated by the letters during World War II as the protagonist was. It’s also filled with lots of delicious recipes that you’ll want to try. This is a must read!
